Craniosacral
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is n very gentle form of therapy that seeks to bring balance to the body’s craniosacral system. The system is made up of the skull bones and membranes that lie between the brain and the skull, the spinal cord and the sacrum. This system acts as a pump, pushing cerebrospinal fluid up and down the spine. The pumping action is extremely subtle, but can be easily felt after only a little practice.
Craniosacral Therapy is best used as a preventive form of healing, as it greatly enhances the body’s own natural desire for balance and wellness. Craniosacral Therapy may help you with any number of symptoms, including:

The Upledger Institute continues to pioneer and develop this amazing form of healing.
